Random shit (part 1)

Okay, I'm breaking this journal into two parts because both things are related to each other, but still completely different topics. On that note, please don't comment on this one until you've read the second, It'll just help if you know the full story. You'll understand soon.

So, I'll start from the beginning. About a week ago, my grandma went to the hospital here in Elberton, and they found out that she had a blockage in her intestines and probably would need surgery, so they transferred to Athens Regional, another hospital. She's been in the hospital ever since then, and my Papa (that's what I call my grandfather) has been with her the whole time. Earlier today (well technically yesterday), I found out that the doctors had given her only 3-6 weeks to live. They're going to still do surgery Monday, but after that, they're going to let her come back home and basically just try to make her comfortable till... well, you know. But wait, there's more! I'm also worried about Papa, because he's been ready to go for a long time, the only thing keeping him here is Grandma, and I'm afraid that once she's gone, he'll go too.

Now, I know that people are going to want to give out their condolences and everything, but, please, I'll be fine, trust me. You'll figure out why in the next one.
